turnaround time ranges from 1 week - 1 month (10/6 EDIT: i currently work 2 jobs so time range has increased)
Sketches and other works in progress may be sent for approval before further work
complexity will be an upcharge! youll be notified before paying
minor changes (color/design errors) are free but major changes (background change, major color shifts) after completion will be an upcharge.
you are entitled to a full refund if i havent started your work
however if work is in progress you are entitled to a partial refund up to half of the paid amount.
you will receive whatever was worked on at that moment. i dont finish unpaid work ^^
